Our Story
Gridiron Business Group is a division of Gridiron Financial, LLC.
The company was formed in 2013 to sell supplemental programs to clients around the United States. Opening offices from in Arizona, California, Montana, Washington, Utah, Texas and other states, Gridiron built an organization that created over $150mm in renewal business for the Globe Life group of companies.
Today, our focus has changed to the business market. With over 12 million businesses that are forecast to be coming onto the market over the next 3 years alone, the M&A and business brokerage industry is about to see opportunities that have never been available before.
Our team works directly with the Shark Team, led by Kevin Harrington, one of the original “Sharks,” from the Shark Tank franchise. With over $250mm in new sales just last year, we’ve shown the ability to help market and sell consistently for our clients.

Our Team
Dan Janjigian
Austin, TX
Dan is a M&A Advisor and business broker for GBG. He founded Gridiron Financial, LLC in 2013, and since it’s inception, the company is responsible for over $150mm in lifetime financial sales. As part of Globe Life Family Heritage Division, Gridiron earned the award for number one Team Brokerage globally, and in that same year, Dan broke the company record in personal sales for most premium ever sold in one week.
Dan previously owned and operated Roux Restaurant and The Parish Room in downtown Austin, Texas, as well as having ownership in the famous, Geisha House in Hollywood, CA.
Dan is probably best known for competing 9 years internationally in bobsledding, taking a Silver Medal in the 2005 America’s Cup, and as an athlete in the 2002 Salt Lake City Olympic Games. He’s also been involved in several films including Seabiscuit, and The Longest Yard.
One of his most popular films, the cult classic, The Room, recently became a top selling book, The Disaster Artist, and in the movie with the same name, Dan was portrayed by Zac Efron, and the movie was Directed and produced by James Franco and Seth Rogan.
Greg Ganske

Greg has operated numerous companies and participated in multiple partnerships. His experience includes developing, acquiring and disposing of income producing residential and commercial investment property. When it comes to working with business owners on either lease or purchase/sale, Greg’s focus has always been to maximize the business’s bottom line with that particular transaction.
In 2022 Greg became a certified ESG Auditor and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) candidate. Greg has served Clients, and Partners on acquisition or sale of retail, office, and industrial buildings. On the development side,
Greg’s work has resulted in multiple site acquisitions to build 120 key hotels for a major Hotel REIT. Also a 66-story downtown Austin high rise tower which will be a combination of multi-family and office. Greg is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) candidate. He has completed advanced coursework in financial and market analysis, and demonstrated extensive experience in the commercial real estate industry. Greg is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame with a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, and also Duquesne University with a Masters in Business Administration. More importantly than any of the above, he is here to serve the client as that is what he excels in!

Eric Hemati

Eric heads Gridiron Business Groups insurance division. With over two decades of experience, he's worked with both the consumer and business markets to find the right coverages for specific situations. Whether it's required key man insurance for business owners, the various options offered in the ever changing life insurance field, or supplemental plans to protect families and businesses from specific issues such as Cancer, he specializes in working with clients to find the solution that works best for their situations.

With regards to management, Eric has been in sales and business development since 1994, spanning the technology, entertainment and insurance fields. His primary specialty is creating sales initiatives that can generate revenue in undeveloped markets within 90-days.
Eric’s career experience with start-up companies gave him a passion for entrepreneurial culture and led him to tackle the common challenges that run through any new venture. He's worked with entrepreneurs across the country to clearly define their core marketing message; create their brand; design and build their websites, blogs and social media outposts; and manage interactive marketing programs.
